Terms & Conditions
A two night stay may be required on high demand weekends, holidays and special events and we will advise you if this applies at the time of making your reservation. Published rates are subject to change without notice however, once booked your rate will remain as confirmed. Rates do not include 7.5% tax or 2% fee.
Check in 4pm. Check in begins at 4 pm daily unless prior arrangements have been made. We do ask as a courtesy should your party be arriving later than 7 pm that you give us a call. We are always happy to try our best to give you an earlier check in or later check out if possible.
Cancellation Policy: Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If you must make a cancellation, we will return your deposit, as long as we are able to rent the room to another guest over the entire reserved period. Naturally, we will make every effort to rent the room and return your deposit. If we are unable to refill your reserved period as a courtesy we will offer you a credit to use the upcoming Summer.
Please Note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency or weather and as such we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Deposit required. Full payment at time of booking. However, we do understand that travel to Alaska can become expensive with all the wonderful places to go and see so please call us directly if it would be helpful to pay half at time of booking and remainder 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
Children allowed. Pets not allowed. Ocean House Inn Hotel is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY.
