Two bedroom Ocean View unit with private hot tub. This Ocean Front lower level corner unit sleeps 6. It has a full living room, dining and kitchen area with brand new appliances and one bathroom with walk in shower. The master bedroom has a king with pillow topper and soft luxurious bedding as well as its own closet. The second bedroom has two queens both with pillow toppers and luxurious bedding. Private deck with propane firepit and grill, adirondack chairs and an amazing view with no obstruction. It has its own private outdoor hot tub ( 10 am-10pm use) This unit is a favorite for big groups. It has an entrance directly connected to your parking spot so it's super easy to load and unload during your travels . Though it does not have its own washer and dryer there is a nice little laundromat about a block away .

Superior Room One
Ocean view hotel style room with one king. There is seating on outside covered deck but not in room. One bath with walk-in shower and extra vanity/sink in front room. Ocean view, private patio, lower level in main complex.
Superior Room Two
Ocean view hotel style room with two kings. This is a shotgun style layout with oceanside entrance into front room which has a king bed, you must then walk through this room to access second king room which has a door for privacy. This unit is best for families not couples traveling together. There is seating on outside covered deck but not in room. One bath with walk-in shower and extra vanity/sink in front room. Ocean view, private patio, lower level in main complex.
The Big Mermaid
Ocean view room with king bed, small private bath, outside deck and private entrance.
Little Mermaid
Small ocean view room with an amazing view. Queen size bed and small bathroom. View great but lots of stairs so pack light . Located upper center on main complex with small outside deck and private bath and entrance. Best for the single traveler. This room does not have a television.
Captain Quarters
Newly added Large Oceanview Studio with King Bed , small sitting area with sofa bed , and large flat screen tv. Lower level with no one above. Small sitting area outside with propane fire pit. Lots of windows with great views. This room is private bath, private entrance and is near the property hot tub just in case you are wanting to do some soaking during your stay .
The Arctic Sun Condo
The Arctic Sun Condo is a two bedroom/one bath upper level corner unit. It is oceanfront with unobstructed views of kachemak bay and glaciers. The unit has a full kitchen, living room , and large dining table with big screen tv and electric fireplace. Most importantly it has a huge private upper deck, propane fire pit and grill. The master bedroom is a king with tv and closet, the smaller guest bedroom is a queen and trundle bed . If you you have more in your group consider taking superior one and superior two to sleep up to10 people and have a whole section of Ocean House to yourself. All of our units have access to our outdoor hot tub area.
Beach Studio
Beachside Studio Apartmant with amazing views of Kachemak Bay , right on the water. Full kitchen, King Bed and small sitting area. Big open room with king bed, full kitchen, two chairs, electric fireplace and big screen tv. Small private bathroom with shower. Unit has its own private deck and private propane firepit.
