Ocean view hotel style room with two kings.   This is a shotgun style layout with oceanside entrance into front room which has a king bed, you must then walk through this room to access second king room which has a door for privacy.  This unit is best for families not couples traveling together.  There is seating on outside covered deck but not in room.  One bath with walk-in shower and extra vanity/sink in front room. This Ocean Front lower level unit sleeps 6.   It has a full living room, dining and kitchen area and one bath with walk in shower.  The master bedroom has a king with pillow topper and soft luxurious bedding.  The second bedroom has two queens both with pillow toppers and luxurious bedding.  Private deck with propane firepit and grill, adirondack chairs and an amazing view with no obstruction.  It has its own private outdoor hot tub ( 10 am-10pm use) Note:  To those of you who are return guests this is part of original Sea Breeze but there is no longer guest access to upper level.  It is only lower area with new bedroom added.

This new addition is small with an amazing view.  Full size bed against wall with small bathroom.    View great but lots of stairs.   Located upper center on main complex with small outside deck and private bath and entrance. Best for the single traveler.   

Newly added Large Oceanview Studio with King /full and small sitting area. Lower level with no one above. Small sitting area outside.  Lots of windows with great views.

The Arctic Sun Condo is a two bedroom/one bath upper level corner unit.  It is oceanfront with unobstructed views of kachemak bay and glaciers.  The unit has a full kitchen, living room with big screen tv and electric fireplace.  Most importantly it has a huge private upper deck, propane fire pit and grill.  The master bedroom is a king and smaller guest bedroom is queen. If you have more in your group consider taking superior one and superior two to sleep up to12 people and have a whole section of Ocean House to yourself.  All of our units have access to our outdoor hot tub area.
